RETURN & REFUND POLICY: We strongly advise you to try before you buy, using our downloadable demo program. Refunds will be issued for software only if the entire package is returned intact and unopened, with undamaged seals on the CDROM, within ten days of receipt. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Replacement media will be shipped if the media provided proves defective, either due to a mechanical fault or due to an incorrect software file on the media (our error). We do not provide refunds on downloaded copies of the software.

SHIPPING INFORMATION. Ordinarily, your order will be shipped within one business day of receipt of your internet order, or within three business days if received by mail and paid by check. Under certain circumstances, internet orders may take as long as three business days to ship. All US orders will be shipped via US Mail. Foreign orders will be shipped by the least expensive route. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $7.00 per domestic order. Foreign orders should contact us for pricing. Overnight or premium shipping service may be available at additional charge; call for information.
