Our hosting service recently did an upgrade to their webserver, and it had the effect of breaking our message board.
Basically, no one could enter a new message (including me...). We now have it straightened out, I think, but we need to go back through all the existing messages and make a change before anyone will be able to enter a reply to those messages. This will happen at some point, but frankly it is not a priority.
If you wish to enter a message, and get the "Forbidden" message, just go ahead and start a new thread even if you are trying to reply to another message.
