There is no online tutorial. There is a practice session included with the demo (and with the purchase version). You can access the practice session by going to Start->ThePropertyManager and selecting the Practice choice.
You may also view the complete documentation by choosing it from Start->ThePropertyManager and selecting the appropriate option.
Documentation can be called up in the purchase version either from the Help menu item, or by choosing the F1 key. Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the demo.
