For years, we have been building The Property Manager out. We go to real estate trade shows, we have telephone conversations with potential and actual customers, and they ask us "does it do this?" "does it do that?"

Well, early on, we would often have to answer "no". But we listened, and we paid attention to what people said they wanted. And we kept programming.

So now, when people ask us, we almost always answer "yes, it does that."

Now we hear a new message: "it does too much, I don't need that much, it is too complicated".

Sheesh. Sure sounds like we can't win.

So, for those landlords who don't need that much, we now have The Property Manager Personal Edition. The Personal Edition is simple. It has only the basic features, and there is very little to configure. You still have to enter Buildings, Units, and Tenants, of course, but that is pretty much it.

The Personal Edition is built on the exact same code as the Standard Edition and the Corporate Edition, so it shows the same maturity and robustness. You don't have to make many choices; just fire it up and use it.

The Personal Edition is a property management software package for the entry level or very small landlord. Affordably priced, it provides a basic capability to manage up to 10 units. You can track rents, expenses, tenants, buildings, and units. It will output a profit & loss statement that is appropriately formatted for your Schedule E.

Because it is built on the same code as the larger versions, it is fully upgradeable to those versions as your needs change and your business grows. We now cover the entire market from very small to very large organizations.
