Something must have gone wrong with your install. Try reinstalling.

We do test on WinXP and we don't have this kind of problem. If the problem persists, please contact us.

We would be interested, in this case, in establishing a remote control session to work on the problem. If there is some XP configuration out there that is causing us trouble, we would like to know about it.
