With the release of XP, Microsoft stopped shipping the ctl3d.dll file with the OS. This has caused our software to break on any system that doesn't have that dll. The solution is to download the dll (or email me and I'll send you a copy).
The other solution is to download the latest version of the demo, which went up earlier today. Aside from the fact that this is the latest release, it has the dll with it.
