We are considering adding cell phone number and email address to the Tenant form because these are becoming very common.
Presently, you would do this by adding this information to the free-format comments file for the tenant. You would make up a keyword, for instance: EMAIL, and you would put in a line such as
EMAIL=myaddress@myisp.com.
