By building, by owner, by unit, however you want to do it is fine with the package.
The standard reports will give you by building. Our "Monthly Report" is a built-in P&L report that additionally includes occupancy, move-in, and move-out data. It can be generated on an aggregate basis, on a per-building basis, or on a per-owner basis.
Most of the major reports in the system can be generated per building or per unit or per owner.
Using the query engine, any report you wish to create can be generated per building or per unit, or according to literally any other criteria you choose to define.
