I have entered all rental payments for one of my buildings and the monthly reports do not give the correct amount of income received from rents.
Also, "who owes rent" not recognizing all current tenants in system, but when I run "montly rent income" for all entries, all current tenants show up on that report with payments made but no move-out tenant income appears
I have no idea why the montly building reports are generating way too much rental income per month, but I really need these reports to be accurate.
