Either the standard or the corporate package with the optional depreciation and amortization module would accomodate this requirement without difficulty. If he buys and sells he would need to decide how many total units he wanted to keep active in the system and he would find it necessary to purge houses from the system from time to time, unless he purchased the unlimited edition.
