Sorry that no one saw this message sooner; you would have done better to start a new thread.
We will be adding email addresses for tenants in a maintenance release in the near future. It is quite easy to do; we just haven't done it.
Vehicle information can be kept in the "History" file, and it is searchable from there using Windows facilities. Presently we don't plan to place vehicle info directly in the tenant's file, though we will reconsider that if our marketplace says we should.
