I am a new customer and just installed "Release 4 - Standard Edition" tonight. When attempting to register I was interupted and had to exit a screen before complete (in fact, I had just began the process). I was not allowed o continue with anything after this as there appeared to be some sort of security issue so I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it hoping that I could just start the whole process over. Now, I cannot access anything as I keep getting an error message indicating a SB30.exe file can not be found. The "practice" screens do not even appear anymore. Please advise.
