Hi. I have just started to investigate property management software so I can more easily track rent, late payments, work orders, and all accounting functions for two mobile home parks. Would this package enable me to do this efficiently? I have no software property management experience but much experience with various construction company software packages. I am presently using Quick Books for the accounting functions for the parks but find the program to be very cumbersome and confusing as far as accounting goes. Please give me your thoughts. Thank you.
