The Property Manager Web Component by Just So Software provides a prebuilt property management website template for you as well as providing a complete interface to The Property Manager property management software program.

Of course, since this is a template, you have full control over colors, graphics, and text.

The Web Component has a public section for advertising, and a members-only area so you may provide your residents with the capability to request maintenance on the web rather than by phone or by visiting the office. Your residents may also view their account payment history, the status of their maintenance requests, and they make payments on the web.

The Property Manager and The Property Manager Web Component automatically synchronize to make sure that the data is up to date between the website and your office, and The Property Manager automatically prints out workorders collected from the Web component. Further, since the Web Component is not the primary data repository, we ensure that critical data is NOT exposed to the internet. Hence, there is no substantial risk of identity theft should your webserver get hacked.

The Property Manager Web Component works with all versions of The Property Manager from Release 4.3 on, though the Corporate Edition or higher is recommended and functionality will be very limited with the Personal Edition.

The Web Component may be purchased separately as a standalone website, allowing potential renters to learn about your facility and still providing "resident only" capability. When functioning standalone, Tenant actions (maintenance request, payment, etc) will be emailed to you.
