Just So Software is the home of The Property Manager, which is one of the premier property management software packages available in the marketplace. The site you are visiting is a demo of the web component of that package. This site template can be purchased as a standalone site, or it can interface with The Property Manager, thus giving you fully automatic web capability to interface with your tenants.

This site uses a mysql database to store data about tenants, maintenance, and some payment history information on the web so that the tenant can check his own records. The Property Manager keeps everything up to date on the site, while hiding critical data so that it is not at risk of being stolen if the webserver is hacked.

There are multiple versions of The Property Manager, and if you interface the Corporate Edition or the Enterprise Edition with this website, then you have a complete capability to manage large and diverse properties, with automated tenant interaction.
